We want to get your goodies to you ASAP! Once your order is placed, we typically process and prepare it for shipment within 3-5 business days. We then use USPS to get your order on its way, and you’ll receive a tracking number (except for stickers) so you can follow its exciting journey to your casita! Please note I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages but will try my best to assist in any way I can.

Since we create custom goodies, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re always happy to see if we can find a solution together.
